A sacred temple space... away from the stresses and pressures of everyday life



In The Women's Self-Care Temple we gather together as a circle of women to share our embodied spiritual practice. Through nourishing yoga practices, moving meditations, and dance we unravel rigidity in the body and mind so that movement becomes more sensual, enjoyable, and free-flowing. Self-care rituals and specific energetic practices help us to connect with our bodies and to free up stagnant life-force and we work with meditations that create a stronger bond with the divine as well as with each other.
